Admission Procedure

At Mahanadi Public School, we believe in a simple, transparent, and merit-based admission process to ensure every child gets the opportunity to receive quality education. Admissions are open for students aged 3 to 11 years for Nursery to Class V.

Step-by-Step Admission Process

1️⃣ Collect the Admission Form:

Parents can visit the school office to collect the admission form.
Forms can also be downloaded from our official website (if applicable)

2️⃣ Submission of Documents:

Submit the duly filled admission form along with the required documents:
Birth Certificate (for age proof)
Two passport-size photographs of the child
Aadhar Card of the student & parents (if available)
Previous School Report Card (for Class I and above)
Caste Certificate (if applicable)
Address Proof (Ration Card, Electricity Bill, etc.)

3️⃣ Interaction & Assessment:

For Playgroup, Nursery, LKG, and UKG: An informal interaction with the child and parents to understand the child’s readiness.
For Class I to V: A basic assessment in English, Mathematics, and General Awareness to gauge academic preparedness.

4️⃣ Confirmation of Admission:

After successful document verification and interaction/assessment, parents will receive an admission confirmation.
An Admission Number will be issued upon payment of the admission fee.

5️⃣ Fee Payment & Final Enrollment:

Parents must complete the fee payment process as per the school’s fee structure.
The child will be provided with the school uniform, books, and other necessary guidelines to start the academic session smoothly.
